With personal stuff (Personal Lines), I’m really good. Because that’s what I’ve been doing and that’s what a lot of agents like to do because it’s easy. It’s the general “bread and butter” for almost all insurance agencies.
But Commercial Lines is something that a lot of insurance agents don’t like to do because it’s a lot of paper work, a lot of research…. it’s just a lot of work for not as much turn-around.
But, with Agents Alliance, they have a really good compiled database of markets. And they have it by carrier and by product type. So, if you say, “Hey, I’ve got a welder, where do I need to go?”, they’ll tell you ‘this, this, and this company will write it….go to them.’
And it saves you so much more time than if you were an agent all by your self and you had to search these things out. That’s a lot of time you could be making money! So, they have really helped me in that respect in being that knowledge and that database for me, that I can access.
