Is Agents Alliance just a short-term solution to help me get started?
We are absolutely not just a short-term solution. Becoming a part of our group of course will help you glide past the red tape in the short term. However, it is exciting for us as a company to see agents realize the additional opportunities they have with Agents Alliance and the potential long term solutions we provide. Our organization is set up to share the real compensation, additional commission, and added benefits of our insurance carriers. Our member agents, as independent business owners, share our economies of scale and critical mass back. The cost savings get better and the profit gets bigger as they get bigger, as a normal business would. Agents who are interested often do not realize that Agents Alliance has several levels and each member agent has the potential to reach them all. You as a member agent you are enabled and empowered benefit directly as you work smart with Agents Alliance.
Is carrier communication direct or indirect?
We get asked this a lot. Communication with the carrier is direct. There is not an artificial barrier that we control or use to limit a member agent reaching their potential.
What is the training process like?
This is a big differentiator with us. You do not just sign up and get a piece of paper. We have a dedicated training staff. They help coordinate a combination of online and in-person training for systems and product knowledge. This allows our member agents and their employees a quicker ramp-up and growth in ability. Insurance knowledge is always a moving target and access to seasoned people within the industry is a fantastic advantage to our member agents and to newly hired employees of our member agents.
